Miller Boat Line’s Ferry, SOUTH BASS, at Shipyard for Five-Year Inspection

Miller Boat Line’s ferry, M/V SOUTH BASS, is undergoing its routine five-year drydocking and USCG inspection at Great Lakes Shipyard. The vessel was hauled out using the Marine Travelift. Contract work includes USCG inspection, some minor repair work, and hull repainting. All work will be completed in approximately two weeks.
This is the second time Great Lakes Shipyard has worked on the M/V SOUTH BASS; the first time was in 2013.
